Love this Rich! Seriously we need a book, or series of some kind on the Warriors path. I'm now in my mid 40s and in a period of reflection of a 20 year career in the fitness industry wondering where I go from here? I love fitness but feel like I'm no longer on "my path". I spent last year becoming a yoga teacher and found it opened so many questions about myself and my journey/life... My Warriors path isn't 100% clear but I'll get there!
