Great Vlog as always! I remember back when you were just starting out on this path and were having some financial issues, wondering how you would get the money to fix your car... I think a Volvo at the time. Here you are now, with great alignment. You are a great example of perseverance and vision paying off! Inspiring as always. Thank you.

Love it, Rich! I'm on 178 of the RRP (MacAskill) and have been chewing up your podcasts daily trying to catch up to current. Keep the amazing content coming! You and your beautiful family are so inspirational. I typically listen to the podcasts while running, many while running the 18+ mile loop at Malibu Creek. Coincidentally, there was a recent Washington Post article published on June 1, "Why running is the perfect time for podcasts," which resonated with what I was experiencing as I listened and assimilated your message while running. Keep up the strong work. You've motivated me in so many ways and helped me to make some substantial shifts in my life trajectory when I was dealing with the worst dark nights of my soul. So grateful to have you on my radar. Cheers!

That very attitude, that weaves its thread thru all of yours and Julie's podcasts, enabled me to step away from 33 years as a cop to run a vegan B&B! I was scared of taking the leap but your words and life example gave me that self belief.... Been two years now.... I've since includedmeals, cooking classes and linked adventure and outdoor personal training to it.... All reflect me and how I live. Love it!

It always amazes me how such a populated state like California can seem, in some cases, so uncrowded and chill. (I know it has its areas and moments of the opposite but still) I can jive with a trickle of vlogs, seems very organic. Keep it up.

Now, I'm back home and I have felt lost and aimless. I DO have passions. I have watched some of your videos. This one, tho, touched me deeply. Thanks for... well... for staying the course and giving someone like me hope and inspiration.

Thank you for your valuable insights. I am grateful for wonderful role models such as yourself..its not just for young people but us older peeps need some good old fashion 'know how"..as well. Peace. I read yesterday, "Often we stand at life's crossroads and view what we think is the end, but God(Universe) has a much bigger vision and He tells us its only a bend." Today avoid any sign of self-pity. The meaning in this for me, is the momentum, movement, direction, decision, opportunity, enjoyment, love, caring..encompasses all.

Love this Rich! Seriously we need a book, or series of some kind on the Warriors path. I'm now in my mid 40s and in a period of reflection of a 20 year career in the fitness industry wondering where I go from here? I love fitness but feel like I'm no longer on "my path". I spent last year becoming a yoga teacher and found it opened so many questions about myself and my journey/life... My Warriors path isn't 100% clear but I'll get there!
