Well this is my own opinion but ever since Yui left, it's not babymetal anymore. Especially with that amazon looking woman who now has taken her place. But let's say even if Yui was still there, I'd rather be at a LADYBABY show 100% of the time. Way more energy and connection with the crowd.

But I forget where exactly but when singing, I think it was either Nana or Rie but they were holding someone's hand tightly but it was them who grabbed the fan and not the other way around. Makes LADYBABY more approachable in a way imo.

@@angelsndevils5965 I dont kno what LB live vids you've been watching but they're rarely a good vocally live band. Very often they're not only off key with the song but each other as well. But I've come to notice LB is more like a punk band when it comes to live shows. For them its about the energy and not about being perfect.

When I first heard the Kawaii Metal genre back in 2013, I thought it was really weird and it made me cringe AF. But Babymetal was a bit okay for me while Ladybaby was weird AF. But the new Ladybaby is dope. The girls are really talented and the music is seriously well composed. They just need a better company that promotes 'em well and they'll conquer the world like Babymetal. I really love both of Babymetal and Ladybaby but I'm sad bands like Ladybaby and Bandmaid aren't well promoted to be fully successful overseas. It's official, I love Kawaii Metal today! ♥

Honestly not sure why anyone compares Babymetal to Ladybaby. Ladybaby is ACTUALLY metal; smaller shows, crowd interaction, does their own screaming, headbanging, less choreographed, etc... Babymetal is amazing too, but they're just so different from this. Babymetal is more like Kawaii pop with metal backing tracks.

I love this so much. Decent sound quality for once. But… was this near the end of the set? Rie seemed tired, spoke like her voice was shot, and she didn't bother with several of her lines. Neither did Emily, but I'll forgive her since she'd just finished a solo with The Chaos while the others took a breather. But the energy our girls put in is undeniable! 💙💜🖤❤️

Also it gets so hot and humid on stage in clubs that size.. just breathing without singing & dancing is hard, lol! Personally I'd love to see 2 nights back to back: Night 1) In small historic club, kinda like this Night 2) In arena with full tech crew for sound, lights, etc. Something that highlights their music & theatrics kinda like huge L'Arc~en~Ciel shows. Don't know how that would go but curious to see it ;)

BTW you've been commenting on LB vids forever & seem very knowledgeable about them.. I know Rie is their 'leader' and has lots of creative control, but would you say she is THE boss? For example, does she have veto power over their manager? * I know a corporation sponsored and formed the group years ago controlling the money.. but I don't know if they're still involved.

​@@jackdare I doubt Rie can veto the folks at Clearstone who still "own" Ladybaby, and even though she's been more involved in the production side than most Idols could ever hope to be, she's certainly not the one who sets up gigs or pay. However, they're mostly using her contacts for music and she personally chose Nana, Fuka, and Emily. BTW, it's been awhile since I've been in a club that small so I forgot how stifling it can be lol.

That's impossible. Current Ladybaby doesn't have enough material yet to fill an entire set-list, so why not pull from all three eras? How would you feel if you went to a Ladybaby show and they _didn't_ perform Nippon Manju at the end? Besides, Emily is a better screamer (and _way_ better singer) than Ladybeard.

Están haciendo un muy buen trabajo, aquí lo único malo y preocupante es la mala técnica de emily al hacer screams y growls, se ve que después de varias canciones ya le cuesta y eso le puede perjudicar mucho a ella en un futuro no tan lejano, ahora con el apoyo de la banda en vivo van a llegar lejos así atraerán a más gente y se harán más populares poco a poco
