I just pray with everything that I have, that Shawn will stay the same - down to earth, casual, just normal. I hope, with everything that I have, that he doesn't get into all the same shit as, for example, Justin Bieber. Shawn is such a cute and loving guy, and I'm so proud. I hope you continue to stay humble and don't get tattoos - don't turn into one of those artist who go out to parties, gets drunk, gets tattoos all over their body, has loads of girlfriends and stuff, I hope you will continue to be you 3. THIS IS NOT SPAM!! PLEASE READ THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH!! hes like in Canada, and I'm in the Bahamas. I'm on a small little island apart of an archipelago that no one cares about, and he's living his life, doing his thing, and I'm really proud, like insanely, but, after years of fangirling over several artists and viners and youtubers, it gets to a point where I wanna give up, but I can't because music is a HUGE part of my life, and so everytime I hear Shawn, I freak out. Like a few days ago, in Outback, they played Something Big and I cried, because I couldn't sing, dance, jump on the tables or scream. I was with my sister and my mom and they just don't understand how serious it is to be a fan of Shawn. Like, I don't love him because of his looks, but lets face it, he's drop dead gorgeous. I love him because of his personality and his quirky traits and his laugh and talent and everything else any true fan does. But it hurts, really bad. I go to school and nobody, not a soul knows about Shawn. My best friend likes his music and his looks, but even she doesn't understand the emotional pain I go through. And don't say, 'its just apart of growing up, your hormones are everywhere', because it really isn't. I cry myself to sleep sometimes knowing that he won't ever even think of performing in the Bahamas, or even coming here for a vacation, and it really hurts. He's performing in Foxborough on my birthday and I probably won't be allowed to go. Anyway, seeing Shawn do what he loves, is enough for me, even if it means that I will live in sadness. Please, nobody say, 'get over it, he doesn't know a lot of people exist' because I can't listen to another one of those. He doesn't need to notice me, I need to notice him. I need to see him in person, if only for a split second. Through a screen and in my dreams is great, but everytime I see him, my heart either races, or breaks. God, it's going to kill me when he takes a break from music, and I don't want to think about that, because I'll just start crying harder. I know he's not looking at this, neither is anyone, for that matter, but I just needed to say this. To someone. Because I can't deal with another tear-stained pillow case, or another day gone by without smiling because of him. It hurts that I always miss livestreams and interviews on tv, and have to watch it on KZbin weeks later, because I feel like I won't ever be a faithful enough fan to check dates. I get caught up, just like a normal person does, but I'm far from it. People say, 'things happen' and I know they do, but I just wish for a day, where I get to see him. I pray for a miracle. I hate it how people say, 'Your fans outside are so faithful, only your best fans are outside...' and the fans might say, 'yea, they feel my pain or whatever, but I swear, that's hormones. I just...I don't know...I need help. My mind is getting rewired to think, oh, what would Shawn do? What if Shawn randomly showed up in my math class? What if we had a special guest at assembly and it was Shawn? I can't think like that and it hurts, because I'm torn between giving up and just getting into it. I don't want to ask Shawn silly questions, or personal details...I wanna ask him questions about guitar, and okay, maybe a bit of questions about his rise to fame, I wanna get to know the guy, you can't blame me. Well, anyway, I think that's all I can say, but I know it's not because I'm still sad, my head is throbbing, I have chest pains, and I'm still crying like a baby. No exaggeration, at all. Goodbye, all and have a wonderful, Shawn-filled life.

I just want to tell you the you are not alone, thank you for posting this because I feel exactly the same way, and reading this has helped me understanding that many people feel like we do, no one in my city understands me either, because they don't know who he is, although some people know some song, but it's so bad, cause I won't ever be able to talk to anyone about this... I just want to thank you because you made me realise that I am not alone, and yet there will be days when I don't smile because of him. Thinking that there is hope for everyone calms me, because some day he will be famous enough to go on tour to the small city I live in or the archipelago you live in, and maybe you will be able to meet him!
