Do you have a video that goes over planning out and drawing the full body? I don't know if size propotions are a thing, or if we can draw it to any size, etc.

I've really enjoyed your tutorials, and am excited to see a new version! I'm still a little confused though why this whole "assigning parts" thing is necessary. From what I can tell it's mostly just rearranging the meshes from one folder structure into a different one, so I'm unsure where exactly these "parts" come in in the process and why it needs to be arranged this way.

I believe it’s a way for programs like VTube studio to read the part and identify it when the VTuber moves but it could have changed as well, it’s a process I’ve always done but could be outdated ^_^ you could always try it without and see how it goes :)

I'm really baffled by step 3. In the "parts" selection, I only have the folders I made. There is no "eye" option - is this a folder I need to create? :< I MIGHT BE STRAIGHT UP DUMB. XD Regardless, thank you for these videos!

Sometimes the file doesn’t start with those default folders but it should start with them! You could try making them yourself and testing them but I’m not sure if it works the same. No you are not dumb! You are doing the best you can. You got this 😁

You could put that with the hair front or the bangs :)

Is there no faster way to copy the meshes over that you did for eyes/ anything else with symmetry

There is thankfully! - Go into manual mesh edit mode on the side you've completed - Use the mouse selection tool or lasso tool to select all the mesh points - CTRL + C - Go to manual mesh edit on the side you want to paste to - Erase the current mesh - CTRL + V - Right-click > Reflect Horizontally Super convenient!

My character is a cyclops will that effect the eye part

That’s so cool! cyclopses are epic! It should work the same, you can just make it one eye choose right or left it doesn’t really matter. Let me know if it works! Or you could do the same movement on right and left with the one eye, that would actually probably be better 😀
