Excited to learn more. DX on my 55 bday, now 62. I was extremely active prior to DX. I did beachbody 10min trainer for 30min/day, 6 days/wk. Now I just work & put in about 6000 steps/day, but those steps are with a limp & exhausted by the end of the day leaves little room for anything. I feel like I'm in my 80s in 90s. My left leg doesn't work right and I'm starting to lose coordination in my left hand. I hate this. I believe a 7wk bout of c-diff when I was 49 caused my MS.
