I feel investors have the right to decline the deals till the agreement signed... As its the 1st phase pitch they have the rights to rethink and confirm... In the show they just accepted for investment not like they signed the agreement... Till the agreement signed deal is not fixed. And investors have right to do the BGC and take calls accordingly... No one is ready to gives money randomly without background verification and values check...
