Basic tips 🌻 If pappu or any costumer get stuck try removing the products from shelf for that you'll have to keep khaali dabbe of every size unko dukaan k bahar phek k rakho kaam aate hain 🌻 Pappu wo saman hi restock karta hai jin products ka label shelf me laga hai so try putting all products label on the shelf and for each product 2 label are enough aese pappu saare product restock kar dega, and storage me aur racks kharidlo nhi toh pappu wahi khada rhega haath me dabba leke 🌻 Try not wasting money on faaltu things jaise lights thodi bhi theek hi hain (mai toh andhere me bechti thi) Aur please bhai don't sell furniture if you don't need them dukaan k bahar pekh do lekin becho mat kyuke you'll need it baad me 🌻 Jitni badi dukaan hogi utne costumer ayenge 🌻 Baaki toh aap great ho hi mamu you don't need any advice

Bhaiya some tips: 1.Please don't create mess in arranging the products give specific sections to specific product because of mess the restocker is not performing well if mess is not their it will perform better 2. You could arrange the cash counter like on both the side of door such that after billing everyone directly can leave 3. Make use of big wall(door ke opp wala) for shelf and place fridge next to counter it will look better. 4.Never use More than 2 shelf for each product rather sell more different products because agar ek shelf ka product khatam ho gaya toh restocker khud Fill kar dega 5. Never order shelf of outer angle it is waste even products look very bad in it either you could use two shelfs in such type of wall and in empty space could please fridge.

I know I must have mentioned this in earlier video but: Tip: whatever the market price is always set slightly lower amount for your store, for instance; if MP is 2.80 you sell it for 2.5 or slightly higher than MP that will 3.00 that way you'll earn more..... I use got 400 and within first few hours and that way I never took loan. Also, don’t take loan in the first place cause just by selling the first few products which you are having licensed at start…it makes it easier & when you see the option to either grow or earn new product license don’t buy it ASAP cause after that you need to see that each will be needing the racks/freezer/refrigerator, unit price of each product which is different cause only licensed amount is given; for instance: if XYZ licensed is of 500 bucks (I have seen most of them buy after they earn 500) but from other angle it’s not 500 cause including unit price for each, new racks/refrigerator it adds up to 800. Hence, when one earns 800 bucks you can get new license. Moreover, people will get satisfied as if you get a license first but don’t have enough to buy each as in amount then number of people being satisfied will decrease. Another tip is that products such as flour, pasta, coffee ☕️, condensed milk, spaghetti 🍝 and so on you should buy either 2 of each or 3 (2 or 3 total amount: cause each will be having 8 or so in each package but those 8 can get outta stock easily) & products such as tea, salt, juice, sugar powdered, coke and so on you should buy 1 as in total amount as each unit contains either 24 or in short more than 12 or so) that way you can pay less delivery costs. Again you may decide to get juice and all as in 2 or 3 in total amount depending on that if you are in profit or so And after you get hang of it you can always increase the total amount of product which you’ll be buying for market depending on profit or total 💵 you have, so in a way the products which you were buying either 2 or so will become 4 or so (flour, coffee, etc) and the ones you were buying 1 will get 2 or 3 (tea, etc) From, Sam (came from 🏫 and start watching it) Lots of love and feels good, your videos help me with my ANX & DEP like I almost had a breakdown last week but your videos and earlier video helps from time-to-time.
