Central Administrative Tribunal given a verdict recognizing the distinguished difference between a. Assisted Superintrndent and Superintendent in Department of Posts entitling them revision of Grade Pay from Rs 4600/4800 to Rs.4800/Rs 5400 respectively correcting the error of Central Pay Commission but the Finance Minister and the Finance Ministry is reluctant to accept the Historical error by prolonging litigation denying a small revision pension benefits to retired senior citizens toiled for 40 to 50 years in Circari kam. Is this the way decisions need to be taken delayed. Justice delayed is always Denied.😁🙏🙏🙏

Very nice mem, this is something which was there in my mind and heart also, that people in jail are also human beings they might have done something wrong or may have fallen into a circumstance where they might had to do something wrong, it doesn't mean that as human beings they are bad individuals, I'd strongly believe that 90% of people might be circumstantial criminals or might have done something wrong out of an emotional state of imbalance or desperation, in a country especially like ours where people have a tough living circumstances and where they do not get a proper support system we should be focused more on reforming the people even if they have done a crime rather than punishing them and creating fear, fear of law is important**** it should not be misused in such a fashion that people do not take positive initiatives on their own, for a society to have a balanced and for the people to be happy the judiciary and the jail system needs to be reformed even further and people in jail must be treated Moore dignified fashion, always remember that we are also human beings you and I we also can fall into a wrong circumstances or do a crime knowingly or unknowingly we also require forgiveness if we haven't done something intentionally, or even if we have done something intentionally we should not be punished in a overwhelming Manor so as to affect an individual's personal and not giving a chance to the person to reform.

We all feel proud being an odia's for her heart touching messages to our judicious and last couple of years some honest and efficient apex court justices have been giving historic orders to the govt to implement but that % is very very low,hope they should interfere more and more in govt .policy.
