salam i tried these kabab 2 times and seriously every one lover it... 2 times i make chicken kabab today i make in beef and just add chapli kabab masala and it turned superb

Thanks alot for the recipe, it came out really good! For the mild eaters, add less Chilly/red pepper. I had breast minced chicken. So no fat. I added grated mozerella cheese as alternative. I did not sauted it, instead air fryed it for 15-18 min on 370 F.

اسلام و علیکم۔۔۔میں نے کچھ دن پہلے آپکی ریسیپی سے یہ کباب بنائے ۔۔بہت مزیدار اور juicy بنے ماشاءاللہ حالانکہ میں نے صرف چکن بریسٹ کے ہی بنائے تھے لیکن پھر بھی نہ وہ خشک تھے نہ ہی سخت ہوئے۔۔۔سب کو بہت پسند آئے ۔ کے ایف سی چکن کے بعد یہ آپکی دوسری ریسیپی ہے جو سپرہٹ ثابت ہوئی ہے اور میرے گھر کے Menu کا حصہ بن گئی ہے ۔۔۔ اللہ آپکو جزائے خیر دے اور آپکو اپنے پیاروں کیساتھ اپنی امان میں خوش رکھے۔۔۔آمین

اسلام وعلیکم و رحمۃاللہ میں نےآپ کی ریسیپی فالو کر کے کباب بنا کر ڈی میں رکھ دیئے تھے دوسرے دن سولو فرائی کرنے کے لئیے چار کباب بڑے پین میں ڈالے جیسے ہی کباب ڈی فروس ہوئے ٹوٹنا شروع ہو گئے بہت احتیاط کی لیکن سب ٹوٹ گئے بس پھر ہم نے کباب کم قیمہ فرائی کھایا کیا یہ برف جو اُن پے جم گئی تھی اُس کے پانی کی وجہ سے ٹوٹے یا کوئی اور ٹیکنیکل فولٹ کی وجہ ہے باقی کباب کے لئے کوئی ٹپ دیں ورنہ لگتا ہے پھر ان کا قیمہ ہی کھا نا پڑے گا
