There is an easy out for Hamas that Israel could consider for the permanent ceasfire... if in return for releasing all hostages and giving up all weapons in Gaza, Hamas and the other terrorists could get safeconduct out of Gaza and Israel, maybe to Qatar (Hamas main sponsors). Such a solution would allow Israel or a credible 3rd party to reestablish peace in Gaza, police it in the future to prevent the resurgence of terrorist groups and re-educate Gazans to turn them into peaceful and productive members of society.
