So true, the DEI is a big problem, I have a doctorate and have tons of experience and skills in my field and have been struggling and working so hard to get a job for almost a year now, and DEI people get hired so fast and as far as I have seen non were qualified or competent and in my last Government jobs I held, they had promoted the most unqualified and incompetent and guess what!!? I was doing their full time jobs plus mine, what a joke!!
