Hockey players don't lower themselves for politics. Every player made that trip and viewed it as an honor. That is how St. Louis rolls and that is how hockey rolls. They respect the sport, they respect the honor of going to meet the president even if they may not agree with him politically or like him. Class sport. Rarely do you hear about scandals.
