Graham , I have 4 copies of his book called -->( The 80/10/10 Diet ) I am a Vegetarian I eat low fat vegan diet ---> no oils no nuts and I eat a very low oxalate food !( no food high on oxalates) no spinach , no beets ! Doctor. My mother is 74 years. She developed found with stomach swell and water type liquid removed. She has never taken any alcohol. She is diabetic patient for 12 years.we went nearly 3 hospitals.
