I am doing 18hrs fast everyday. Is it good or bad? My first meal is at 1pm consists of only streamed vegetables, nuts, seeds (overnight soaked almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds) flaxseeds, chia seeds, curd, couple of small guavas) and raagi sangati in the evening. I walk about 10km everyday and more than a couple of hours cardios, couple of green tea herbal tea. My BMI is 23. Age is 58.5. Bp, diabetis. Fatty lever and low hdl high ldl high triglycerides. What to do?

I think you are on right track.. make it guavas only once in a while, but not everyday.. with this diet if you are gradually reducing weight, you are on the way to get rid of many problems.. focus on diet discipline

Unable to understand inspite of that kind of life style why have I got fatty lever. Last year it was in grade 1 and recently it is grade 2. I have taken plenty of spine guard in its season and bitter gourd, lady fingers, coccinia, beans everyday for a couple of years now. Half thyroid was removed about 10 years ago. Don't know if it has something todo with this
