And Praveen Sir regarding the question its just a guess HCC originates from Embryonic stem cells thereby showing AFP whereas FLV might be proliferation of neuroendocrine cells?

Sir.. previously it was considered as a variant of HCC, but as AFP values are typically raised in more undifferentiated primitive cells which is HCC and fibro CA cell of origin too is not clear... we can say it s slightly better differentiated than HCC.. containing both hepatic and bile duct elements... and positivity for CK7 and neurotensin.. which is not shown by HCC..
