Jose has since admitted that he made a mistake in letting Jimmy go to soon. A real shame considering, his replacement, Drogba got bad injury shortly after arriving and it did take him a couple of years to come good. They really needed him.

Forsell could've been a great striker for us. We just had too many at the time. This so nostalgic for me. I started watching football around 2001 as a kid. We didn't have no Internet or the Channels on TV. Had to check scores on teletext back then & wait for motd to watch all the matches. I watched this game live thougg at my neighbours house, they're all Liverpool fans & I'm the only Chelsea fan. Great memories. I only came here because I remembered Veron, and saw him play for a legends game. Couldn't believe we got him from Man Utd. It was headlines everywhere. 21 years have flown by.
