Roma's 3-0 against Barcelona wasn't great play. It was two set pieces and Dzeko. A penalty, a corner and a long ball. If Liverpool can score against City why can they not score against this slow messy Roma side. Liverpool statistically will probably win at Rome! GoodNews4You for the first 30mins roma held their own.....but by that time klopp realised he couldnt play roma so he bypassed their midfield by going long and he did that for a 40min spell and it should have been 10 goals up not 5....people talk about klopp having no plan B today he proved it instead of playing it on the floor lpool knocked it long at every opportunity and why not when the opposing manager is stupid enough to play 3 at the back and not his usual 4-3-3 as good as lpool were as pundits mentioned they were given a huge helping hand by a manager trying to be too clever

I know that years from now we will look back at this period in time where Liverpool was starting to etch its name into history books once again. Of course Salah is one of the key factors in making this possible, heck I'm an Egyptian living in Liverpool so you can imagine how proud I am of him, but in my humble opinion Klopp deserves to be recognized as one of, if not the, best managers in history. He took a team that was way past its glory days and is starting to rewrite history. It's funny because when you look at the budgets of other teams in the Premier League and compare it to Liverpool's, it provides statical evidence that Klopp is just a brilliant football manager and I believe the very best in football today. I'm a Madrid fan but I absolutely love, respect, and admire Klopp and Liverpool for what they have been displaying this year.. just a beautiful game of football that raised the bar and expectations of football fans around the world in just one season.

But they do now. TAA, Van Dijk and Robertson are all fantastic. Karius and Lovren are decent (but they make mistakes here and there). I'm sure Klopp will sort this out in the summer though and finally give us a top class defence. Really though, look how many chances we concede, far fewer than before. For a while it was looking like Klopp wasn't going to figure out the defensive side but he's really moved us on defensively, this season. more to go alright as this game showed but the old Liverpool would have scored 4 and conceded 3.
