Liverpool Comic Con Vlog November 2024 Weekend Saturday & Sunday Wish Upon Threads LOTR Harry Potter

Today is probaly my last comic con of 2024 and its Liverpool comic con day!
This time I am going for the full weekend so both Saturday and Sunday.
Most of Saturday I spent with Wish Upon Threads (magically inspired embroidered clothing) and doing some fun content for them which was so much fun its unreal! We had such a laugh!
Quickly showing off a couple of the stalls and other trader merch from Disney, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings LOTR, Supernatural, Pretty Little Liars and more! We even saw Deadpool doing his dance with some other cosplayers!
I met Craig Parker and Miranda Otto from Lord of the Rings and added two more signatures to my moms Loungefly mini backpack on the Saturday.
Sunday was a Slytherin day for me with two Harry Potter guests, Jason Isaacs and Ralph Fiennes who played Voldermort and Lucius Malfoy! I had my own Loungefly backpack signed by then both and they were so lovely, I did get brave and say thank you my lord to Ralph which he said was very cute! Had a look around the props whilst waiting to meet Jason, they had Optimus Prime from Transformers, Hagrids hut and some Wednesday & Beetlejuice photo ops out too.
Jason was so lovely and loved the backpack too. We also saw some amazing Batman and Joker cosplayers aswell as many others too from many different fandoms and animes!
I got myself a little haul from Wish Upon Threads and 3 little pins too!

Liverpool Comic Con never disappoints! I'm always floored by the fact that you have actual _rides_ outside the convention floor...small little flat rides, mind you, but rides nonetheless! Props to the Deadpool who knew the entire 'Bye, Bye, Bye' dance routine. Not even Ryan Reynolds was able to pull that off. "Dancing Deadpool" is a stunt double in the movie, if you didn't know! "How can you get a shark's autograph" ....where there's a will, there's a way. 😂 Omg, the Yorkshire Terrier Wookies...I have officially seen it all. Agree with you that once a celebrity has signed something, that something remains in a frame on a shelf and never leaves the flat again. It's just not worth the risk, memories never fade but ink certainly will! The Harry Potter prop recreations are magnificent, particularly Aragog and Hagrid's Hut. Jason Isaacs also seems like a perfect gentleman, and so genuinely kindhearted. What a testament to his ability as an actor that he is so perfectly antithetical to his character! 😉 Wonderful vlog, always so much fun to follow along with you at the cons!

True, but maybe dont go on those rides after you ate anything for a little bit! I bought a new Slytherin Loungefly to be able to use as I would be too scared with the other ones! :D Hagrid's hit was gooooo big I had no idea it would be like that! Jason was so so lovely, I was so glad to meet him! Thanks Tim! (I will catch up on yours soon!!)

Great vlog! I'm surprised you didn't catch footage of me and my Mum on Sunday wandering round going "What area is this?! Is this red or green?!" 😂 it was our first time in Liverpool and it was so huge compared to Manchester! We've already decided we're going back in May. Jason Isaacs was so lovely wasn't he! We had photos with him, Mark Williams and Miranda Otto, I've decided next time I'm going to be brave enough to do an auto as well, you've inspired me to put my big girl pants on about it 😂
