Some key aspects of this parade: 1) We fans are more disappointed for the PLAYERS that they did not do a treble/quadruple, than for ourselves, by a COUNTRY MILE. 2) We needed to show the team and staff how much we appreciated everything they achieved in LFC's most incredible season ever. 3) We still owed them a biblical THANK YOU for winning the title, behind closed doors. 4) Superb to have a joint men's/women's parade - and thoroughly deserved by both. 5) What a gang of geezers!

After the disappointment of the final I think everyone considered not going to the parade. I think everyone realised the boys would need us though, they’re human and I think the reaction of the players has shown that was the case. I wouldn’t of had the energy to do that it was the younger family members ha. The players know the fans have their backs, this club is like no other.
