do you need to topcoat with cnd shellac top then add lecente's layer it over? or can you use layer it straight over your colour coat? thank you x

mizzKS x you use the layer it over the cured colour coat, cure it as for top coat. Apply the chrome then use Shellac top coat as normal. Or you can use your usual top coat if not using Shellac.

hi, how did you get such a strong colour coming through on them? i have tried these but the colour underneath isn't as strong as yours - is just your lighting? thanks

Michelle Brown me too. My color is totally covered. It doesnt matter what color is under cuz you cant see anything. Is this a different lecente powder then what i have?
