If it says "Gym Sim: Fight Sharpness" at the bottom you are training Weight Reduction. If it says "Gym Sim: Weight Reduction" you train in Fight Sharpness. You keep changing to cutting weight instead of staying with Fight Sharpness.

Nah mate, punches don't get changed until October. It's the way I play the game and try to make the gameplay look semi decent 😉

This is on undisputed. The difficulty is kinda silly tho, they just increase chin durability and punch power on opponents.
