This wasn’t a robbery of any sort. I’m not defending the behavior, but had the driver just let the man out he probably wouldn’t have been shot at.

Those uneducated on the matter commenting on here saying “why would you pick up someone with a mask on” let me tell you that ride share companies WILL retaliates against drivers for canceling or not taking a ride for someone wearing a mask. There’s also places north where temperatures are way below 0 degrees and people do wear this kind a of masks. Drivers are not ride share priority unfortunately!
