My Dad will 92 Monday and Mom in August. They have slept in different bedrooms for years due to Mom's arthritis. As you said, you know you love each. Mom and Dad have been married 72 years. I love your problem solving and making things work. I often work on many different projects at the same time. Then boom it i all done and finished. I think you folks are going to really enjoy and get a lot of use from the truck.

Love how you relate. I know nothing, but look up thermal bridging and condensation with metal rv’s. Moisture behind walls. 2x4’s need insulation at metal touch.

I've seen all your additions on your channel, and they all are beautifully done. I first saw you on You Tube when I was looking up the tiny stove. You've shared really nice adventures with your subscribers ever since. Perhaps I could use the matkill product for my electric lawn mower. It's too loud. Elizabeth is such a kind cheerleader. Thanks so much.

Great video. Your bunk reminds me of the "rack" my husband had during his Naval service on a nuclear fast attack submarine. Those dimensions were 6 feet long 2.5 feet wide and 2.5 feet for head room. There was a 3 or 4 inch pan under the mattress length for storage. Tight quarters! Looking forward to your next episode.😊

Looking good, Bill. Many years ago we had a class C RV with a double bed over the cab and my husband and I slept up there. It had a little more headroom than yours and wasn't claustrophobic at all. Our girls were small then and we made the dinette into their bed every night. The kitchen was across the back which worked out really well. We only made one trip with it but it was a huge trip, up through Colorado (Garden of the gods) and then on up to Yellowstone east entrance where we saw many bison and moose. Great trip, it was in 88 before the park burned the next year.

I wish Killmat or the like would be easy and inexpensive to apply to our metal garage. I was in there one time as the neighbor was outside on the phone several feet away. It sounded like she was in the garage with me. Plus the summer heat is awful.

I love what you are doing. I have questions, first will your office space have a designated chair, if so could you not step up on that to get into your bed. Second if you are going to insulate the remaining of the camper with the same insulation, to cut it you could use Elizabeth's rotary cutter from her quilting supplies then replace the blade it would be much easier and faster than using a scissors just a thought.
@LiveSimpleLiveFree
@LiveSimpleLiveFree 28 күн бұрын
Yes, the office will have a designated chair. But that's not high enough. I would also need a second step. And I'm not sure, but that chair will probably be on rollers, so I don't know how well that would work as a step. 🤪
