All these flats are becoming just a copy of hotels whereas people want house in flats. They want home not hotel. The worst part is they forget that there should be a study room. The house or flat with ample amount of sun light coming in. Oxyogen passage in the home should be balanced. Sustainable. And many other things. Living in such a hotel type accomodation will surely make you depressed after a period and than people complain of so many diseases. Did these architects forgot what is home? while designing this. Will add no value to life. And one prefer to have life of a family when at home. Think wisely. I am also sure even the builders are baring huge losses due to development of such hotel type accomodation as after a while there are no purchasers. This is all because in India western design won't suit or work. It can be a mix and match. This is because in west people have different way of living. You can't copy and bring it here and give people on platter because we have different lifestyles. Anyhow you may suffer more losses. Already Lodha, Unitech, Amrapali, Sikka, DLF are almost gone. Just because simple thing they did not understood. "You have to be original. Don't copy." Be and think how people in India like to live in families. You guys have just started to give something sorry to use word -trash to people according to standards. West has limited sense of living and those who have been to west. Please check out how a upper middle class nicely live in a house not in hotel flats.

A different room for the servant is a must but getting Police verification of a servant isn't easy. Dealing with a psychotic servant is a nightmare. There ought to be a grievance handling forum for those being terrorised by domestic help.
