These stories provide concrete examples of how having a strong work ethic, being passionate and enthusiastic about your work, emphasizing customer service skills and building rapport with performers will advance your career in live sound. If you are relatively new to live sound or if you've been at it for a while but want to add to your overall skill set then these videos will teach you about the "soft skills" that are almost completely overlooked by most live sound engineers. This is information you will need in order to form a philosophy and work ethic that are necessary for continued success and happiness. The world of live sound already has too many bitter losers. Don't be one of them!

Thank you for what you do here. I share your videos with my friends and colleagues to prove my points - you have to stay human and professional whatever you do. Best luck, Max the sound guy.

Shocked that there are so few views for such inspirational, real world content. Once the word gets out about this excellent series your subscriber levels are going to skyrocket. Do what you love and the money will follow, right? Well, almost. You clearly show you have to also combine that passion with The Golden Rule and hard work to bring it all together. Bravo!
