No. There will be Self obsession though, not obsession with partner. I mean question wont be... if he is good? .... question would be... if he looks good with me? :) and if by self suggestion one is convinced .... then by Rahu power one will try.... for self ego / obsession, not for real 7th house matter. Ketu gives detachment with 7th house matter but Exalted Jupiter there will take care .... I do not know if there is any 5th and 7th house related Love marriage yoga in kundli or not but 12th house lord Jupiter in 7th may be having some affair first before marriage. Yes. In Navamsha too same is valid. But my personal exp is - It is hard to find right Navamsha due to inaccuracy in exact time of birth unless birth time rectification is done by an expert. Software calculation too differ. Diff softwares showing diff in Navamsha part. Relying on Lagna kundli is better.

Check data of Panchang was of which city? Every city will be having a different Panchang. Due to this only in astrology softwares they use Coordinate of place of birth. Then using software they calculate local data (call it local Panchang data) of that coordinate only. It depends if the software is calculating right data but mostly it is correct. Never think in terms of predictions - like chalegi ya tootegi. Just know how scene will come by default for you to react. Your reaction on those scenes and counter reactions will decide what will happen.
