Grounding is the most profound health hack I have ever found. It's a powerful way to utilize the earth to heal your body, and it has been proven to decrease inflammation, promote deeper sleep, decrease blood pressure, lift your mood, and ease anxiety. It's pretty amazing! And it's completely free. :)

Hello! I heard about grounding/Earthing a few years ago. At first description, I figured it was a bunch of Woodstock hippy nonsense. Then I continued watching the video I was watching and saw it was factually sound and tested. My Sister, Parents, and I began grounding a few years ago and can feel the difference when grounding. You do feel like a kid again, when you go barefoot in the grass. You feel excitement and energy you would never feel in rubber shoes. My Sister and I now often go for nightly walks in our town, and I even go barefoot for awhile in Winter. I often go barefoot in the snoe to take out the trash. Bothers other people to see me do it, but it feels just fine. Thank you for this video. 😊 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" Romans 3:23 "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Ephesians 2:8-9 “Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.” Romans 3:19-20 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:9-10

Acts 7:33 "But the Lord said to him, ‘Take off the sandals from your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground." They were told to connect to His energy. The Earth is electrically energized by the Sun. The Sun is electrically connected to the rest of the Stars to the Galaxy, and to the Universe. You are not meant to be physically insolated/isolated from His energy.

I found out one thing: the earth needs to have MOISTURE to provide the best grounding. I tested some dry mud outside my garage with a tester, and there was zero grounding. I sprinkled some water, mixed it in, and the tester lit up like a Christmas tree ornament. So I've made it a habit to walk barefoot on our grass after a rainfall or with morning dew on it. But the best is to walk barefoot on the moist sand at the water's edge at the beach.

The soles of my feet became so tough that generally stickers didn't even bother me. Sometimes i wore homemade "moccasins" i sewed out of gunny sacks in colder weather. This inspires me to get back to my roots more 🦶🦶

You can search elsewhere. Some experiments showed that concrete does conduct some of the earth’s electrons, but the effect is reduced significantly. If you don’t have access to earth, try one of those earthing mats. See other videos on the effectiveness of that, I’m not very learned about that.

Feet and hand are preferred because of the complex nerves. Specially feet since we stand on them. But any part of the body is fine, as long as your bare/naked skin is touching the ground/grass/sand is fine. So laying on it in a bikini or shorts (for men) is fine.

I have a grounding mat under my work desk. I really feel that it helps my stress level. I am a little afraid to go barefoot in my yard due to fire ants, stray cat poop and dog poop. Whenever I go to the beach 🏖️ I always go barefoot as long as the sand doesn’t have too many jellyfish or sharp shells. I do feel better after grounding outside as well!

Dry concrete is a poor conductor. High electrical resistance. It is a weak ground. Wet concrete is a very good conductor. Asphalt / Blacktop will not ground.

Check your body for ticks - even when i go on walks i will find a tick on me & same for my boyfriend who works outdoor in long sleeves long shirt - you just need to get the tick off before it attaches fully to you! Take a shower after / check your body when you can (sooner the better).
