Yes it's not Janice. This is Tameko Star.....the subsequent vocalist who replaced Janice when she left Livin' Joy. Tameko wrote and recorded the follow up Livin' Joy smash 'Dont Stop Movin'. The fact that this wasn't written for her vocal styling, but she still slayed so hard, says a lot about her as an artist. So dynamic! She can sing live, dance and command the stage. She has a new music on the way too! Look out for 'Something Beautiful' by Tameko Star.

I may be in the minority here...but while I appreciate Janice Robinson's original version, I have always preferred Tameka's version over the original. Janice's voice always sounded breathy, caffeinated, and shrill as if it where some type of Lil' Suzy freestyle type vocal.

Why do people have to compare? Janice obviously wrote this song. Its her baby. She wrote it to suit her own vocal ability. Tameko wrote the following Livin Joy smash 'Dont Stop Movin'. The fact Tameko sings live and dances says a lot about her. Originally I didn't rate Tameko's version, but I grew to understand just how much it takes to sing something out of your comfort zone vocally AND to dance as you're doing it. She's dynamic! And the best thing is, she respected Janice's original and kept to the original delivery of the track.
