I suggest you do meal prep for the whole week every weekend so that you can eat healthy foods during the busy working days when you come home and so tired to cook your dinner. i suggest meal prepping salads, pasta dishes or kahit ung mga pang ulam na kaya naman tumagal for 1 week. The best jan caldereta or adobo. Habang natagal sa ref lalong nasarap 😅
