Turning off the phone for the weekend is wonderful. You have to be comfortable in being alone and cherish being silent. The peace is unmatched. Now that I am retired….yes, I’m a much older viewer, I have gone a whole week and not realized I’ve done so. I able to complete my thoughts. After a that when I do meet up with someone my mouth can run a mile a minute…I guess to make up for lost time 😅. Try it for sure.
