I have one to, not the cordless one and while it vacuums beautifully I have 2 toddlers and things get stuck in that thing all the time, I am a pro at literally opening it so far that I new to bring out the screwdriver.

Try using aromatherapy like sandalwood, lavender scent for your bedroom & try to close off any glares for bedroom and try to turn electronic screens to night light mode especially 2-3 hours before bedtime. For extra help, play background sounds(ASMR) nature like forest, waterfalls, waves, etc. Doesn't have to be that, but anything that doesn't hype your brain cells a couple hours before bedtime. These are the things that work for me. Hopefully it helps for you.
