Hey Karebear! Always love your "Living Alone Diaries" vlogs! It was cool to see the recipe for your pot roast and step by step how it was made. The pot roast melt you made with the peppers and onions looked so good. How nice that your sister had you over for a taco night and was so nice to see Kaitlin and Raymond in this video as well. The kids are growing up too fast. Great video and lots of love to you. 💖🌛😘

I laughed when your nephew said no thanks when you asked him to tilt his plate for the thumbnail. He was not about to risk spilling all of that delicious food lol. 😂

My older sister always told me follow a new recipe exactly the first time. I made the original Mississippi pot roast and I did not find it too salty. People’s opinions are very different. I think you needed more liquid maybe? It did look delicious. I saw lots of yummy caramelization on the meat! 😋😋😋

I seared mine first it’s amazing how delicious it is if you sear It totally locked in all the juices I never used to do that method. Sauce queen taught me

You should get a tripod. Cooking videos would be so much nicer & you’d be able to use both hands.

I have a tripod. It's more work to set up a tripod because I have to take off everything off my kitchen counters because I have a small kitchen and no room to set up a tripod.

My sister didn't want my nephew on youtube until he was 18 years old.

It's a choice parents / guardians chose to make for their minor aged children. Karen has to respect that choice ❤❤ my child isn't allowed to make or be in KZbin videos or any other video platforms like tiktok until she's much older. She's 9. And watches these videos with me but can't have an account or anything yet. 😊

Hi Karen👋👋👋 This isn’t my favorite recipe bc it’s so salty, those packets along with the peppers, which are also salty makes it over the top salty IMO Anyhoo, if ever we make it again the spicing would have to be adjusted👍 TYFS, yours looked good in the end🙏♥️💫✨👼🏻✨💫♥️🙏 PS: Raymond’s so funny😝
