the healthiest cooking oil would be olive oil, but it's a bit more pricey. second would be canola oil. pls don't use palm oil as it is high in saturated fats po.

Thank youuuu. Mas malaki na ang letters 😂 For oil, i use coconut oil. I read it is one of the healthy oils plus neutral oil sya, and also very easy to find. Olive oil maganda din kaso very pricey and also not ideal for for some dishes dahil may onting lasa ang olive oil.
