I love how you discuss paying your own bills and being proud of it. I grew up in a low income family. My mother gave me a composition notebook at the age of 18 that said “budget book.” I was annoyed at first. Now, I’m 27 almost 28. I have a credit score of 780 and I have been paying for everything myself since then. It can be tough at times, as I’m sure you know with this economy… but I feel so proud! i am a book girly myself and if you are into romance and fantasy I recommend the Twilight series, Stephanie Myers is a fantastic author and her writing is so beautiful. The twilight series is also a great book to read if your trying to get back into reading when I started as a book girly twilight was the book that made me want to read not only is the book amazing but the movies are fantastic aswell. If you love the hunger games then i'd reccomend Powerless by Lauren Roberts. It's an AMAZING book. also the shatter me series is really easy to get into and a great read.

i love books so much!!! and the hunger games has been my favourite book since i was in grade 6. but another book series that has been a big part of me growing up is the lunar chronicles by Marissa Meyer. the whole premise of the series is Each book entails a science fictional twist on a classic fairy tale, including "Cinderella", "Little Red Riding Hood", "Rapunzel", and "Snow White", Set in a futuristic world. it made me love the idea of twisted fairy tales and highly recommend reading it

I am an absolute book geek, so I would recommend The House of Night series by Kristen Cast and P.C. Cast. All 12 books leave you wanting to know more about the main character. If you love a good fantasy book, I highly recommend this series. The first book is called Marked, and it drew me into the series instantly.
