As a woman who has naturally skinny body, I was so insecure as I grow up since elementary up to college days. Living in a country that the standard body size would be between slim and chubby. People would always notice me for being skinny same when I applying jobs instead of seeing my skills and qualifications. But now, I slowly accept myself without thinking those criticisms. What's important is being healthy and contented with what you have. Meesh you'll always be my inspiration. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experience here in your channel.

Thank you for sharing Michelle. After the idea of being "too skinny" struck my head, I stress about it constantly. People are often insensitive about making comments about someone being too thin when putting on weight is as hard as losing it. I’ve been both overweight and skinny throughout my life. Being told I’m "too thin", "you should eat cake", was just as hurtful as being told I’m too fat. Yet people think it’s ok to comment on being skinny, thinking it doesn’t hurt when it does as much as being called fat…

Everyone talks about how they want to lose weight, the struggles and insecurities on that. Barely anyone talks about the opposite, the struggles with being skinny or actually wanting to gain weight. I can totally relate to this. Been struggling with myself forever and still do. Really glad you talked about it. And it’s true, you are your own harshest critic. It’s always a work in progress to love yourself and your body. We grow thicker skin and learn to accept some things we cannot change. As long as you’re healthy and happy.

Your videos are like so relaxing. I’m watching it this Sunday morning in bed. Body image insecurity I believe is something everyone goes through. Since being a kid I always struggled with feeling too skinny especially once I entered junior high when all the girls were starting to develop. I was a late bloomer. I used to like this boy and my friend told him and he was like no I don’t like her she’s too short and skinny. That made me so insecure. Till this day it still bothers me when people comment on my weight.

My dog is crate trained and we put a blanket over his crate to make it feel more like a den-I’d recommend doing this! Also, when we were training our dog, we would treat him when we closed the door so he would associate being in his crate positively.

hey Michelle! I recommend getting a floor vacuum (ex: zoomba) to help with floor hairs/pet hairs! we got one for my family and omg never going back. you can even program it to run automatically too. we hardly ever use the vacuum anymore unless its for tight corners/detailing. hope this helps!
