Girl…please don’t judge, I used to be one of those girtlies who did their makeup in the car😂😂 I used to spend a lot of time in the car so I had to learn to do a lot of things while driving. I would sometimes eat my breakfast, lunch and super in the car so waking up a bit earlier wasn’t an option😭😭

Am I tell you that I had a week of permanent headaches 😢 I felt like my body was giving in, weight gain has made it even worse …. Can you imagine my Jan goals adding my steps in a day as well as healthy dietary it’s the weirdest year ever 😮 but truly heavy on my head game and mental health it’s the most I can do for my body right now😂 Christy babes don’t bit yourself up you’re doing a Stella fantastic job❤

I need to look into stocking up on a lot of things come the new year(supplements &magnesium)What was alarming was how I couldn’t wake up for gym. I was team 4:30am & 5am once upon a time but can only get up to make my kids lunches for school this year. 😢 plus year end fatigue
