Yes. That is my thought why isn't she removed from that space by the other Landlord person...DAMN BUT here is why: French Landlord Tenant generously protects the tenant(the locataire) The tenant can leave anytime they wish with a. three or two month notice unless it is because the lost their health or job or over a particular age. Then they can leave at a months notice. In France the landlord is NOT free to give such notice. There is the issue and that is why the other landlord can't make such a move or demand on that tenant.

Isn’t it a good job you took no notice of the teacher who said you shouldn’t print this in English? I’m the type of person that is really affected by external negative criticism, it can sometimes really affect my day and stop me achieving my goals and doing things I love. Your words are so encouraging - as a young person I wanted to be an artist but I believed the people closest to me when they said I didn't have the personality to succeed and allowed myself to be pushed into taking a different path which I didn't really want (there were other things going on which made me feel too guilty to rebel and say, 'screw you, I'm going to do it anyway!') I'm now 40 and at a turning point because I can't continue with my usual job due to chronic illness - it feels like an opportunity to really spend time focusing on art, practising and improving and making it my new career. But I am constantly fighting the mindset of 'waiting for permission'. Contrast can be good I think of it like painting, sometimes you need the darks to highlight the brights colours. When you look back the darks will fade to the background and the highlights will paint a beautiful picture ❤️
