네모님 저도 군것질 광인이라 밥먹고 나면 무조건 과자나 디저트를 세트처럼 배가 부를때까지 먹습니다😂 저의 경험으로는 몇입만에 엄청 달아서 혈당이 걱정되는 과자를 먹으면 많이 못먹겠더라구요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 달아서 물리는 것도 있구요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ 아니면 냉동블루베리를 많이 먹어서 과자를 줄일때도 있어요 😊 식세기도 좋다고 들어서 저도 너무 들이고 싶은데 자리도 없고 비용있고도 어떤걸 사야할지도 엄청난 고민이라 마음속에 품고만 있습니다 흙흙 네모님의 맛난일상도 지키면서 건강하셨으면 좋겠습니다 라뷰❤

歡迎回到韓國，但沒想到妳花二個星期來調時差喜歡吃甜點和零食真的要花費很多，難怪妳要自製發現到韓國人每餐使用的雞蛋都蠻多的，所以獨居者也常常買一盒雞蛋若到台灣生活的話，妳應該會很高興，台灣的美食超多，早餐文化和夜市都很繁榮興旺，連素食也很好吃的祝福妳快樂平安快樂❤❤❤❤

우왕 오랫만에 댓글 남기는거 같은거는 기분탓이겠죠😅 즐거운 여행하고 오셨나요? 저두 군것질 좋아하는데 많이 사다놓으면 막 먹을까봐 과자두 한가지 많으면 두가지 이렇게 사놓고 먹어요 한봉지씩 포장되있는거 사놓고 하나씩먹기😂 탄수화물 못잃어요 커피두 삶의 낙이랄까요 오늘 저녁마무리 잘하시고 항상 애정해요 요즘 제 행복버튼 네모님 영상❤

@@nemokeemsugar. I put a tablespoon of sugar in the water. You also cut the bottoms before you place then in the sugar water 🍃🌷🍃🌷🍃 been doing this for years 😀

저 찌는건 먹는대로 찌는데 또 빠지는 건 엄청 안 빠지는 스타일이에요😭 개인피티를 거의 2년 받았었는데도 근육도 잘 안 붙는,, 지방덩어리인 몸.... 좀 많이 먹었다싶으면 다음날 거의 굶다시피해서 그나마 힘겹게 조절 중이에요 따흑...!

Well, I’d say quite most Korean food tastes better here in Korea except for the BCD tofu place in Manhattan. I’ve never had that delicious tofu jjigae in my life😂
