thanks for continuing to make these videos~ sometimes we need to breach through d discomfort in order to continue doing the things that we know will benefit us and will help us. well, am actually pertaining to the small things in life, which im having difficulty with bc of mental health issues. keeping up a routine like sketching today felt so uncomfy, and i remembered that i was building up that habit in order to make structure in my day, wgich will benefit me in the long run.
