thanks for continuing to make these videos~ sometimes we need to breach through d discomfort in order to continue doing the things that we know will benefit us and will help us. well, am actually pertaining to the small things in life, which im having difficulty with bc of mental health issues. keeping up a routine like sketching today felt so uncomfy, and i remembered that i was building up that habit in order to make structure in my day, wgich will benefit me in the long run. I am not a cook nor a chef but somehow loves to cook if I have free time and budget. I like your videos. It makes me want to cook more food too and it inspires me to do better at work. BTW, I have seen this in other videos and I tried it as well, sesame seed has more aroma and it would tastes better if you toast them a bit on a pan. Just don’t burn it..Toasting sesame seeds will extract more oil and will add more flavor.
