Hi sis, You got a nice channel btw. Naalala ko yung solo lang ako dati, same ng mga foods and all. My advice is to have a once or twice a year checkup with a doctor. When I came back with my fam sa province, dun ko nalaman na may gallstones na pala ako. So always stay healthy, drink lots of water, and high fiber food and exercise habang solo living.
