That's true. If we don't follow a routine our digestive system gets confused because that way it wouldn't know when to secrete the digestive juices to digest the food. On the contrary, if we take our meals at a particular time of the day on daily basis, the digestive juices would be secreted at those periods of time, making the job of digestive system easier and hence better digestion which in turn results in better health
