Since we can’t feel the humidity, you still make it all look very lovely. Sorry Bebe’s not feeling 100%. Another good substitute for rice can be farro (a kind of wheat). Lots of fibre and nutrients, but looks, tastes and feels very similar to rice with a nice, nutty flavour. Same with barley: a great natural base for proteins and vegetables. (Both of these for people who aren’t sensitive to gluten, obviously.)

요즘 왜 영국사람들이 맑은 날에 우르르 공원 잔디에 나와 앉아있는지 뼈져리게 이해합니다 ㅎㅎ.. 해도 못보고 우중충하니까 정말 기운이 안 나더라고요 :( 요즘 그래도 런던 구석진 동네까지 괜찮은 한식집이 꽤 보이는 것 같던데 (물론 가격이 한국과 비교하면 너무 비싸지만 😂) 집에서 하기 힘들 땐 그런 식당에 가보시는 것도…!

Dear Sueddu,I live alone with my doggy 🐶🐾 who's 6 yrs old and started to be afraid of thunder fireworks etc.2 yrs ago.I use the spray that vet recommended it and it works wonders,it calms him in 10 minutes the most.👍🤗🥰 Since I live on Mediterranean sea, Croatia,this summer is so humid and no rain,but temperatures are over 36°C, don't remember when we had such a humid and hot summer 🥵 I had to buy new AC , can't wait for summer to end,or at least for some rain 🌧️ Love your videos ♥️👍
