I had to laugh at the night owl / early bird thing. I'm a night owl too and often go through phases of feeling guilty about not being a morning person. Interestingly I've never met an early bird who wishes they were a night owl 😅

Haha so true! When I used to get up early in Sydney and go to the gym I felt very smug about it 😅 even though I would rather have rolled over and had another 90 minutes of sleep!
