Introductory webinar in Living Anatomy recorded in April 2022 with Gary Carter and Anne Stevens. This webinar introduces an online course in Living Anatomy that will be starting with a foundation day on 22nd May 2022, and held over nine live online weekend seminars starting on June 25th-26th 2022.
The course focuses on the vitality of the body, with a commitment to learning that’s both informative and enjoyable. Particular attention is paid to relating structure and function to the living body. There is an emphasis on practical elements and a major theme of the course is experiential work designed to facilitate your own body awareness. The course incorporates unique teaching styles including practical exercises in touch and palpation skills, surface anatomy, meditation and visualisation, body movement and mobility testing to give participants an experiential understanding of the work being covered.
This course is accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists, and is open to all who wish to develop their understanding and experience of the human body. It provides an ideal foundation for those with little or no prior experience who wish to study in complementary therapies, or those who wish to brush up on their anatomy and physiology or start a Craniosacral Therapy training.
