Hi friends!! We did a mini living and dining room makeover at the Crazy Middles St. John's house! It turned out beautiful and I'm so excited to share it with you! We had so much fun transforming this space together!

I enjoy the new decor in the house. Kylie did a fantastic job with the furniture and I know her mom had helped with that so kudos to her. I especially have to give a big salute to the three guys for their muscles, especially to the youngest member of the muscle group. he has been shown more and more in the videos and is showing his help to his parents.

We do what we have to do at times, I sure understand that. I happen to love that house. The kids had so much fun there. I was glad you didn't sale it. I miss not seeing Lizzie and all the ones who grew up and moved on.

They are so smart to have done that so they are able to travel back and forth between there & the Valley. Wow just adding the light threw the curtains made a huge difference, could always get window film for the windows to cut the glare

Kylie you did another great job on using what you had with new; best kind of make overs ever. I love the white couch in middle and open up those windows which did the room the best favor. Your filming in there wasn't ruined by the curtains open. Shelly not sure what you meant but the room looked good while you filmed. The Brighter room just is so uplifting. Can't wait for Part 2 of 20 she has so many rooms downstairs that need so much help. She needs to make a Mark and Kylie bedroom make over so she has one to use while doing her projects. Now Hurry back home and buy some rugs for those floors at the big house.

I remember the old shelf way back when. I started watching CM's before they moved to the St Johns house. I love the little makeover you did so far. Can't wait to see the downstairs next time. Oh, I wanted to say that I thought it was kind of funny how the move from St Johns to the valley that all the furniture, bedding, rugs, etc stayed there (which makes sense for getting away from the city), but this trip up Shelly and Jared brought furniture and rugs from the valley up to St Johns. Kiley I love watching your makeovers that you do for you mom and Jared. You're really talented.

I was really nervous about the white curtains behind that couch too but it looks great! I LOVE the one lighter couch in the middle. I honestly think if you had a dark one there too..it wouldn't look as good. It really took the room to another level. Helped keep it lighter. I love the dining room too! But the living room is totally my favorite of the 2. It all just looks so cozy and homey..not sure if that's how you'd spell that lol but you get what I mean. And Shelly..no mam! You absolutely cannot move back there permanently. But I'm glad you guys have both places. Can't wait to see what's next!
