From the background, I can see that you live in Parkchester. That's a brilliant idea for a student. I was scrolling through YT as post-exam relaxation and came across your video for the first time. You gave a great perspective on the Bengali community and the immigrants who came through F4. The Uber driver part is true if they are first-gen Bengalis lol, but most of the 2nd gen will seldom go for Uber. Almost all of my relatives and Bengali friends (very few in med schools) are 2nd gen who are established and are doing on par or better with other races (white collar/ coat jobs). As a new student from BD, you can do well, but at the end of the day, you need a backup like a close relative, or sometimes they get married, and then their other half's family can help them to be financially relaxed and focus on career buildup. Ultimately, if you are coming as a student, you are investing for your future half of life and the next generation, so it won't be a bed of roses. Good luck, Bye

Exactly! I agree! I heard from my fam that even 20 years back, most of the Bangladeshi bengalis were working at DD as their first job and then transitioning to Taxi. That's the primary reason for taxi drivers' numbers being so high.

ভালো লাগলো ভিডিওটা। অনেক কিছু জেনেছি আপনার মাধ্যমে। আর ভাইয়া আমেরিকায় গেলে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে ট্রাসফার নিয়ে ইএসএল এ কি ধরনের কলেজে ভর্তি হতে হয় যেমন নিউইয়র্কে গেলে ব্রুকলিন কলেজ অথবা কুইন্স কলেজ এরকম কিছু কি নাকি অন্য কোথাও। নিউইয়র্কের কোথায় ESL পড়ে নির্দিষ্ট করে জানাবেন প্লিজ। আর টাকা জমিয়ে আবার ব্যাচেলর এ ভর্তি হওয়ার জন্য কি অ্যাপ্লাই করতে হবে নাকি যে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে চান্স পেয়ে ESL এ ট্রান্সফার হয়েছে সেখানে আবার ট্রান্সফার নেয়া লাগবে? নাকি যেখানে ESL করছে সেখানেই ব্যাচেলর করা যাবে? উত্তর এর আসায় থাকলাম ভাইয়া। 🤩
