Hi~ very nice to see what properties are available in the beautiful northwest. I hope my travels bring me to a trustworthy landlord on a small property one day where the contract is upheld in length. Is there generally a deposit and first and last month rent at move in? Thanks for the video,very interesting.

Hi Brian, sorry for the late reply. My own experience with 3 different properties and landlords has been very good. I think either a one or two month deposit is typical. But of course when we're talking about rents of monthly rents between $140 and $280, that's not a lot of money. There is a huge supply of properties because so many new houses are being built right now.
