Don't forget to mention that during your first months as an international, you'll either be homeless or paying 100 euros per night for a hotel/hostel, since finding student accommodation is nearly impossible. Consider yourself lucky if you've found your first accommodation by December, and be prepared to pay 700+ euros per month for a small room with shared facilities. The University doesn't care though, as long as you pay your tuition fees.

I am about to apply for my master degree in university of hanze, while I was doing my research, it seems that there is a major problem with housing for internationals, very limited options or even rare, is this true ? And is it easy to find a job there beside studying ?
@claudyastevany61412 жыл бұрын
That’s actually true! You should try every possibility because when I got here I only had 1 option and theres no way I didn’t take it 😆 if youre coming in September than I’d suggest you start searching 3-4 months before. For now I only focus on my study, but there are a lot of opportunities for sure! Some of my friends also work part-time so it shouldn’t be hard to find one :)

Hi thanks so much for your video. It is pretty useful for me. Can I ask how you find your apartment? I tried to book a room for autumn semester, but there seems so limited offer. And my buget is under 500, so I cannot consider the expensive ones.

Hey there! I found my room from someone I knew in Groningen. I can help you to find the room and do the viewing if you want, just reach out to my Instagram if you want to :)
