Medical licensing exam is in Serbian language, yes you can practice as a doctor in serbia, and the salary is more or less equal to an india doctor, it depends on how many hours you work and how much experience you hold..!

It’s better you contact a student who studies in Nis, he will have more clear idea, i can only explain what my friends (who study in nish) tell me. Which i feel is unfair to you. College fest and elections are held at every university. I can briefly tell only about my university.
