It’s good, but it’s little hard to graduate from RTU compare to other Universities in Latvia.

There will be definitely a lot problem. They might ask you to differ the semester (in future you might have to pay extra fee for sem extension, can’t say). You will have have to extra money for the processing fee to the immigration office for your RP card.
